- Conceptual and detail design of custom equipment across multiple engineering disciplines
- Leadership of multi-discipline engineering team, project management, and system design authority
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; advanced degree preferred
- At least 10 years of experience designing automated chemical process and/or material handling equipment
- At least 5 years of experience in a managerial or lead role
- Successful Project Management experience utilizing Waterfall method
- Proficient in 3D modeling using SolidWorks and 2D drafting with AutoCAD
- In depth and up-to-date knowledge of commercially available components including motion control, fluid handling, process control, and SCADA
- Familiarity with automated batch and continuous systems for electroplating, anodizing, electropolishing, and related surfacing finishing operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to occasionally travel domestically and internationally
