Job Description:

As a Program Manager at CRDN, you will play a crucial role in managing the program work for our restoration projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire process from start to finish, ensuring that each project is completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

Writing Reports: Prepare detailed reports for each restoration job, documenting the scope of work, progress updates, materials used, and any other relevant information.

Organizing Photographs: Maintain organized records of photographs taken before, during, and after restoration work. Ensure that all photos are accurately labeled and easily accessible for reference.

Providing Daily Updates: Communicate with insurance adjusters and other stakeholders by providing daily updates on the progress of restoration projects. Address any concerns or questions promptly and professionally.

Coordinating Site Visits: Schedule and coordinate site visits with customers, insurance adjusters, and other parties involved in the restoration process. Ensure that all necessary parties are informed and prepared for site visits.

Coordinating Pick-ups and Deliveries: Arrange for the pickup and delivery of materials, equipment, and supplies needed for restoration projects. Coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery and efficient use of resources.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in project management or a related field, preferably in the restoration industry.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
