Full time scheduling coordinating/Data Management position available in Cumberland, R.I.
Job responsibilities include:
Scheduling clients and staff utilizing a scheduling software program
Assuring staff follow agency policies and adhere to assigned schedules according to policy
Update, edit and document within the software program throughout the day to confirm visits.
Before the end of business day, all visits must be confirmed within the system
Must be extremely personable and patient when communicating with clients and staff
Excellent with follow thru and reporting to the agency's supervisor
Must be flexible if need to come in early or stay late if ever needed
Clerical and office duties as well
MUST HAVE A CLEAN BCI
MUST DEMONSTRATE PROFFICIENT COMPUTER SKILLS
