Job Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations in customer service and some light warehouse activities, ensuring efficiency and high service standards.
Respond to customer inquiries and assist team members in handling complex issues.
Manage the receipt, stocking, and organization of shipments within the warehouse.
Coordinate and prepare customer orders for shipping, including managing freight logistics.
Train and mentor new team members, providing on-the-job training as necessary.
Monitor team performance, providing feedback and implementing improvements.
Qualifications:
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Strong sense of personal responsibility, enthusiasm, and excellent organizational skills.
Experience in customer service and warehouse operations, with a willingness to perform both managerial and hands-on tasks.
Proficiency using computers and digital communication tools.
A strong spirit of collaboration and team building.
Ability to safely lift and move heavy items (50lbs).
