M.NEVES Inc., is currently interviewing for the position of landscape maintenance supervisor for immediate on boarding and training. Must be willing to travel daily, have a valid drivers licensce, great personality and strong work ethic.
Landscape Operations Supervisor
Ensure crews are following and completing all job tasks correctly and on time .
Oversee early am rollout and assist with daily schedule concerns, perform routine inspections on landscape trailers, equipment , and vehicles .
Recruitment and hiring for the landscape maintenance division as well as enforcing safety produces
Weekly meetings with mechanic, management and foreman to address performance
Mentoring each foreman on performance and leadership skills . Training new hires on basic power tools and landscape equipment as well over seeing daily vehicle inspection reports
