Advanced Remarketing Services is seeking part-time bookkeeping/collections clerk to work with the nation's top charity organizations in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities in this position include:
- monitor/track aging report fluctuations
- make phone calls/emails on outstanding accounts
- review all incoming payments for accuracy
- process incoming point of sale payments
Applicants must demonstrate excellent communication skills, multi-tasking abilities, attention to detail, and basic computer skills such as email, google suite, word, and excel.
Requirements:
-High school diploma or GED
-1 Year bookkeeping experience
-Associates in Accounting or Finance preferred
-Basic computer and typing skills
