Set-Up New Vendors
Request W-9 and Insurance Certificates for New Vendors
Maintain Purchase Order Requisition files and issue as requested
Enter applicable Purchase Orders in ComputerEase
Receive Inventory
Match Invoices with Packing Slips
Maintain Monthly Credit Card transactions spreadsheet
o CHASE
o HOME DEPOT
o LOWES
Code & Enter Invoices & File
Cut A/P Checks & File
Prepare Monthly Sales Tax spreadsheets for Controller
Review statements for missed invoices
Sub-contractor Lien Waivers
Special projects as needed
Hours:
9:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. – half hour lunch
Pay Rate:
$17/hour
