APPLY TO START THE JOB ASAPJob Title: AssemblerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler who is capable of reading a tape measure and using hand tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, and drills. You will be responsible for assembling PCB boards and light fixtures.Responsibilities
Read, interpret, and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately assemble equipment and products.
Utilize handheld tools such as a screwdriver and drill gun.
Maintain inventory of products in workstations.
Perform quality work checks as well as measurements with a tape measure and ruler to ensure the product meets quality standards.
Identify product defects and complete appropriate documentation when defects are identified.
Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Perform other tasks as necessary.
Essential Skills
Proficient in English and able to follow directions.
Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve problems and produce new concepts or ideas.
High attention to detail and self-motivation skills.
Basic computer navigation/utilization skills.
At least 6 months of manufacturing work experience preferred.
Ability to use power tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Specific technical or vocational training is a plus.
Ability to read and understand production instructions in English.
Produce quality work at an efficient pace.
Strive for continuous improvement.
Standing required throughout the 8-hour workday.
Must lift up to 50 pounds.
