Prepare PDF documents for variable data processing
Format Excel mail files for merging
Use established guidelines to create custom documents on an as-needed basis
Ensure all jobs are delivered on-time. Remain in contact with customers when critical issues arise, or work production schedule is jeopardized
Format documents for sFTP uploads as needed
Process and organize in-house mail projects; may include printing, folding, stuffing, sealing, and metering
finished mail pieces
Submit files to print vendors outlining all print specifications
Prooing and monitoring jobs for errors (QC-quality control) and/or “common sense” mistakes to eliminate rework
Provide back-up to Traffic Coordinator by monitoring team email box and assigning tasks, providing proofs as needed
