Summary of Position Falvey Insurance Group in search of a dedicated and experienced CRM Specialist to join their award-winning marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leveraging a CRM platform (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tool) to drive marketing and sales initiatives successfully. As the CRM Specialist, you will play a crucial role in implementing and optimizing HubSpot tools, automations, and workflows to enhance our overall marketing and customer relationship management efforts. Position Functions
HubSpot Implementation
Lead the implementation and configuration of HubSpot to align with business goals and objectives.
Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and third-party applications.
Marketing Automation
Develop and execute automated marketing campaigns using HubSpot workflows.
Utilize HubSpot tools for lead nurturing, segmentation, and personalized communication strategies.
CRM Management
Manage and optimize the HubSpot CRM to improve customer relationship management.
Implement and customize CRM features to streamline sales processes.
Email Marketing Strategy
Collaborate with marketing team to create and optimize email marketing within HubSpot.
Utilize HubSpot's content management tools for efficient email organization and delivery.
Training & Support
Provide training and support to internal teams on HubSpot best practices and functionalities.
Address user queries and ensure the effective utilization of HubSpot tools across the organization.
Stay Updated
Stay up to date with HubSpot updates, new features, and industry best practices.
Implement new tools and features to continuously optimize processes.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
CRM expertise required.
HubSpot certifications, including HubSpot Marketing Software and HubSpot CRM certifications, are highly desirable.
Proficient in HubSpot tools and features, including workflows, lead scoring, and reporting.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail and excellent organization skills in order to meet deadlines
Degree in relevant field

Physical Requirements Must be able to sit and work quietly for extended periods of time, operate a computer, answer and communicate on a telephone, lift equipment for on location filming of corporate events, carry boxes and may also include the occasional transport and unloading of medium weight boxes for trade shows and corporate events. Supervisory Responsibilities None Working Conditions Business-casual fast paced multi-tasking office environment. Hours of Operation: This position supports our marketing efforts internationally. This position's work hours are Monday through Friday 9am - 5pm, in a hybrid work environment. Our hybrid environment is 3 days within our business-casual office environment. Of these 3 days in the office, Wednesday and Thursday are required. Employees choose their third day in the office, and the remaining 2 days are work from home. This position requires occasional flexibility for working additional hours to accomplish project objectives.
