Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking an Assembly Technician to join their team. As an Assembly Technician, you will be part of the production team supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will be a team player, have demonstrated mechanical and mathematical aptitude, and have exposure to a manufacturing environment.Job Title: Assembly TechnicianLocation: North Kingstown, RIPay Range: $19-$21/hrWhat's the Job?

Assemble high-tolerance electronic and mechanical products to written specifications

Crate and package finished products

Use blueprints and design sketches to ensure the proper dimensions and tolerance levels of the finished product

Select and use a wide variety of precision measuring and checking equipment

Work under general supervision, and assume additional related responsibilities as assigned by Management

What's Needed?

Team player: supports teammates and colleagues

High School graduate or equivalent

Minimum 2 years' experience preferred

Demonstrated mechanical and mathematical aptitude

Preferred - manufacturing environment exposure

Basic computer skills, to include Microsoft Word and Excel
