Description
The Microsoft 365 Modern Work Analyst should be a curious people-person and good communicator with expertise in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, who understands the interplay between modern work, security, and the design and configurations associated with a strong zero trust posture.
Requirements
While there are no certification requirements for this role, the candidate should be a very strong note-taker, able to clearly document the various persona groups within an organization, how they use various Microsoft 365 tools today, gaps and blockers to their adoption of tools, and identify areas of opportunity for efficiency in work.
7+ years of business analysis experience
Experience on a variety of projects, both simple and complex- Experience eliciting and documenting requirements in a clear and concise manner
Must be able to communicate to all levels in an organization, strong problem-solving skills, adaptable, flexible, proactive and willing to take ownership
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration or equivalent work experience
