Marine Biologist

We are looking for a passionate Marine biologist to drive our environmental initiatives and lead the resort’s upcoming Green Team (launching in 2026). This role will champion marine conservation, sustainability programs, and best environmental practices while engaging both guests and team members in our journey toward a greener future.Key ResponsibilitiesLead marine conservation and environmental protection projects.Develop and implement sustainability initiatives across all departments.Establish and head the resort’s Green Team from 2026.Promote awareness and training for team members and guests.Monitor, track, and report on sustainability and environmental KPIs.Collaborate with external partners, NGOs, and authorities on environmental matters.
