DescriptionDescriptionAs the Senior Website Strategy Manager, you will lead both the strategic direction of our website and manage a dynamic team responsible for its execution. Your role is pivotal in leading the development, execution, and evolution of our bank’s website strategy while ensuring a seamless integration with our overall corporate vision and digital initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive website strategy that aligns with audience needs and business objectives.Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including product teams, IT, marketing, and customer service to ensure website functionality and content meet audience and organizational needs. Data Analysis: Monitor website analytics to gauge user behavior, identify areas of improvement, and measure the effectiveness of changes.Optimization: Continually refine and optimize the website based on audience feedback, analytics, and evolving business goals.Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest in web design, UX, and technological trends to ensure the bank's website remains cutting-edge.Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, IT, or a related field.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in website strategy, development, or management.

Proficiency in web analytics tools, preferably within the Adobe Suite

Strong understanding of SEO best practices.

Strong project management skills. Experience with Jira is and agile working models a strong plus.

Familiarity with web design principles and content management systems.

Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.

Strong presentation capabilities.

Strong partnership skills.
