To do so, we rely on a dynamic, culturally diverse group of employees, working in more than 100 countries, in a variety of challenging roles.Responsibilities:Drives Property Valuation team to support FM Global personnel and clients for low/medium and high exposure occupancies. Including, Power Generation, Mining, Basic Metals, Pulp and Paper, Chemical/Pharmaceutical, and Semiconductor.Additionally, this role completes replacement cost evaluations of insured locations via office estimates to actual field visits or quality control audits of work completed by third party Valuation Service Providers.The Property Value Specialist Team Lead will help ensure Property Valuation tools and guides are developed and maintained for use in these activities. This will be to enable field and operations personnel to determine the accuracy of client reported property values. Routine property valuation questions and support is provided to internal and external clients. Training programs are designed and delivered to Underwriting, Client Servicing, and Engineering personnel and department objectives and projects are led to a timely, effective and efficient conclusion.Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferred

10+ years i ndustrial insurance field appraisal experience in High Hazard occupancies. Including, Pulp and Paper, Power Generation, Mining, Basic Metals, Chemical/Pharmaceutical, and Semiconductor and unique/complex building system construction and design.

Prior management experience preferred.

Solid familiarity with basic manufacturing and all non-manufacturing occupancies.

Ability to work with High Hazard Industry leaders/experts and Information Services Programmers and Developers to design, develop, and maintain property valuation tools.

Senior Accredited Member of the American Society of Appraisers with a proficient knowledge of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practices (USPAP) or equivalent organization and standards.

Exceptional analytical skills with the excellent oral and written communication skills.

Proficient use of MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access.

The final salary offer will vary based on geographic location, individual education, skills, and experience.
