DescriptionIn this role as an Project Analyst/Executive Assistant, you will be joining a technical team that is driving innovation and transformation at the bank. The ideal candidate knows how to manage projects to successful completion, knows how to follow through and follow up, and knows how to prioritize and balance multiple deliverables amidst new requirements. An effective communicator, skilled in MS Office, you will report to the Chief Architect and interface with various colleagues and leaders throughout the organization. Your contributions are critical, visible and contribute to our technology strategy across the enterprise. Above all, you are self-managed and can execute flawlessly and independently, while openly seeking guidance when required. Responsibilities:

Leadership / Enterprise Program Support: Provide critical support in planning, logistics and delivery for key architecture & engineering programs including innovation hackathons, award & recognition submissions and technology briefings

Support BAU processes while working with other departments, and utilizing project management tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and executing programs, to successful completion

Prepare, update and manage detailed reporting around technology programs

Envision, create and effectively communicate operation plans around program logistics and delivery

Engage and collaborate with leaders and vendors to understand and manage business needs and requirements

Complete administrative functions for leadership

Travel to event locations and provide support as needed

Work on other projects as assigned

QualificationsRequired Skills:

Prior project management experience or 2-4 years experience as project analyst with strong project management focus

Experience with hosting meetings via Teams, WebEx, or similar online conferencing tool a must

Familiarity with process modeling, workshop facilitation and business analysis

Competent use of Microsoft Office 365 applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Sharepoint.

Flexibility to work on a variety of projects and teams simultaneously.

Adaptable self thinker able to work through issues and escalate only when appropriate

Ability to collaborate cross-functionally

Proven track record of end to end thinking and results to deliver to time, cost and quality

Strong prioritization and problem-solving skills

Attention to detail and sensitivity to deadlines and confidentiality

Preferred Skills

Experience with Microsoft Project

Experience with Visio
