Don't wait apply today!As a member of the CSO maintenance and charge off team within Collections, the colleague will be tasked with procedures to ensure accurate transaction processing.Colleague will develop and monitor workflows to improve efficiencies. Colleague will communicate directly with internal stakeholders, collections agents, and will perform moderately complex research for customer issues and follow through to resolution in an efficient manner and time frame. The candidate must be a motivated, proactive self-starter who responds positively to requests and has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
