Join our dynamic team as an Expeditor. In this key role, you'll play a vital part in our guests' experience by swiftly and precisely ensuring the smooth delivery of delectable orders from the kitchen to their tables, ensuring they have an exceptional dining experience.Ensure communication in the kitchen between the front-of-house and back-of-house teams by calling out orders, checking the status of dishes, and calling the waitstaff to serve completed dishes.Ensure that all orders are completed accurately, in time, and with the correct priority.Perform the finishing touches to completed dishes, such as adding garnishes and removing smudges.Assisting servers, bartenders, and guests in the dining experience, taking orders, and delivering requested items in an efficient and timely mannerRelate with guests about needs, satisfaction with the beverage and drinks, ensuring a consistently caring and high-quality serviceOperate, maintain, and properly clean all restaurant equipment and fittingsEnsure that the expediting area and restaurant outlets are tidy, organized, and well-stocked at all timesEnsure food is served in accordance with safety standards (e.g,. proper temperature)Check in with guests upon delivery of dishes and ensure they have everything they need, as neededPay $15 / hour + tipsAdditional Benefits:Free ParkingFree Team Member CafeteriaHoliday PayTeam Member Stay Program50% off F&B + Spa
