Ensures strict confidentiality of sensitive information and integrity of student data.RESPONSIBILITIES

Review all plans and schedules to be followed during the training day

Performs all duties regularly assigned to the academic or career technical instructor

Produces quality work/assignments in a thorough, timely and accurate manner

Maintains appropriate accountability and work productivity standards

Plans, prioritizes and organizes assignments to meet established goals and deadlines

Understands and applies job knowledge to effectively complete all required job responsibilities

Proactively maintains the skills required to perform job duties

Mentors, monitors and models the Career Success Standards as required by the PRH

Other duties as assigned

Training day runs from 8:00am-3:30pm. Scheduled 15 minute breaks take place at 9:45am and 2:00pm and there is a 1 hour break for lunch for a total of 6 hours worked. Substitute Instructors are paid a flat rate of $125 per day.QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school required

A valid RIDE teaching certificate preferred

Previous teaching or Job Corps experience preferred
