Role: Lab Systems Specialist

Location: Coventry, RI

Duration: Long Term

Basic troubleshooting knowledge in lab systems environment, primarily Empower, Malvern, Tiamo for a systems side2. Must be approachable, personable and have a strong command of English3. Interact with the customer to understand and map the requirement.4. Collecting requirement from user for any new enhancement5. Interact with SAP team to resolve the SAP related issue.6. Provide the RCA for a critical issue.7. Explain and coordinated activities to offshore team on daily basis.8. Help user in execution of test script the validated environment.
