Assistant Manager

Responsible for assisting the manager in directing the daily shift operations of thestoreOperates in accordance with prescribed policies andpracticesAs a supervisor within our network, you are alwaysaccountable for your actions whether you are present or not.Principal Duties and Responsibilities : Majority ofduties performed, but not meant to be inclusive or prevent other duties frombeing assigned.Responsible for customer service, employee coaching andmorale of store employees.Provide ongoing training as needed regarding new products,promotions, policies, etc.Compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws.Ensure proper execution of new window products introductionsand marketing programs within store.Complete temperature & coffee calibration logs, andprovide product order and throwaway sheets. Also, complete or check all LogBooks.Responsible for the daily maintenance and calibration of allequipment.Conducting regular travel paths throughout your shift and actingon issues when needed.Responsible for any other requirements/duties Supervisorsmay require.Required Qualifications18 years or older2 years’ experience in QSRWilling to obtain State of Rhode Island Food Safety License.The cost of the training and test will be paid by the company.Available between the hours of 11am and 930 pm, shiftsvary between these hours.Weekends and Holiday availability is required as we are open7 days per week.Legally authorized to work in the United StatesThis position is not a seasonal position.
