Health Safety Environment Manager

 Health Safety & Environment (HSE) knowledge in an international matrix organization and best practices.International HSE certification e.g. Nebosh, SCC etc  (nice to have).ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Auditor or similar (nice to have).Experience in comparable function in the construction, service or in similar industry.Good working knowledge of Microsoft suite applications.Strong work ethic and track record of successfully managing.Strong business orientation and entrepreneurial mindset with customer service and engineering project focus.Ability to function, communicate and network effectively across cultures.Emotional intelligence.Awareness of legal (US) requirements to reduce legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.Presentation skills with the ability to communicate in a convincing, comprehensive and audience-oriented manner.Proven problem-solving skills, ability to consider complex multi-disciplinary aspects of problemsCompetence and ability to take decisions within the frame defined by company processesSelf-driven and leadership skillsStrong work ethic, ability to function, communicate and network effectively across culturesVery good English (written and spoken)Good MS Office knowledge.Approx. 50% willingness to travel domestically across US.
