Laundry Attendant

Our Sea Mountain Resort is seeking a Laundry Attendant to join our amazing team on a part-time basis! As a key member of the Resorts Operations Team, the Laundry Attendant is responsible for efficiently and effectively managing the laundry operations at the resort.As a Laundry Attendant, you will: Sort, pre-treat and separate laundry by category for assemblyDump linen from the carts to the belt, and keep up with the pace of the sortersFold laundry items—such as sheets, pillowcases, washcloths, towels, blankets, and bedspreads—by hand and using machinesProcess quality linen to tower folder machineProcess sheets through the ironing machineFold all the blankets, duvets, and mattress pads by sizesWhen processing linen through the ironing machine, tower folder, and hand fold, remove stained and damaged linen to the designated areaCatch the linen from the conveyor belt and place it in designated metros by itemFeed linen in flatwork ironer, and towel folder at a productive paceClean work area daily, including cleaning of washers and dryersRemove linen from washers and dryersHang, bags, fold, and bundle clothes for deliveryMeet all established productivity requirements for processing linensOther duties may be assigned
