Site Project Controls Manager

Act as a focal point for the integration and coordination of the relevant project controls disciplines part of the site teamEnsures Client’s Process Steps, Discipline Guides and Work Instructions are translated into actionable items and complied with at siteDrives the development of site reporting tools by stewarding the data sharing initiative between Client and ContractorsResponsible for streamlining weekly, monthly site reporting to senior managementResponsible for integration of schedule data (durations, man-hours) with scope of work data (physical quantities) to ensure consistency; identify areas of the schedule at riskActive participation to Client / Contractor periodic progress review meetingStewards the implementation of independent progress measurement solutions (targeted initiatives)Supports Client’s risk management process by interfacing at site with risk owners / mitigation action owners to ensure timely updates and closures are provided, achieved; Stewards joint independent schedule risk analysis events.Supports Client’s contract management processes by interfacing at site with Contractors to bring matters to closureHolds sessions for site Lessons Learnt collection, validation and sharingCoordinates the compilation of the close out reportsAlways Upholds Client’s HSE standards, by actively participating in regular safety walks and delivering safety moments
