Data Analyst - Reporting Specialist

Responsible for the development of data models and design of digital (Power BI based) reports and dashboards to visualize project performance (e.g. construction schedule, production data, etc.) and generate useful insights to improve decision making by site management – in accordance with Client’s digital / IM governance rulesChampions data collection / sharing initiatives between Client and ContractorsIdentifies and champions opportunities to eliminate manual reporting processes by digitalizing themResponsible for the roll-out of a site observation tool developed with MS Power Apps capturing progress, quality and HSE observations (e.g. provide training sessions for newcomers, collect users feedback, etc.); responsible for quality checks and validation of data captured via site observation toolResponsible for implementing weekly, monthly data collection and reporting templatesResponsible for producing weekly, monthly site reports
