The Case Coordinator, RN is responsible for developing and managing the managed care processes for the Community. Interfaces with the pre-admission, admission and discharge planning staff for all managed care cases and ensures appropriate reimbursement, collection, tracking and documentation for managed care cases. Assures effective implementation of managed care contracts and assures maximum reimbursement, cost containment and best possible outcomes. Provides informal public relations/marketing for the Lutheran SeniorLife system through service marketing, and relationship building with all referral and payor sources. Qualifications Graduated from an accredited school of Nursing and must possess a current Registered Nurse license, in good standing, from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Two to four year experience in acute, long-term rehab levels of care. Clinical background required.
