W&S landscape Services is looking to hire crew members for the 2025 season. Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to shop. Competitive, experience based, wages. Paid holidays. On the job training included. Experience preferred but will train motivated individuals.

Job description: Working in tandem with the crew leader to complete assigned task in a timely manner. Applicant must be available to work 7am-4pm Monday through Friday with the occasional Saturday. Willing to work some overtime. Willing to work in varying weather conditions.
Job duties:
(Grounds Maintenance Crew Member) Job duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to – Assist daily preparation of trucks and equipment. Perform spring operations: debris & leaf removal, bed edging and mulch installation. Mowing turf using push, zero-turn and walk behind mowers. String trim, edging curbs and sidewalks. Use backpack blower to blow clippings and leaves. Weed control in planting beds, remove trash, limbs and debris etc. Prune shrubs, small trees and groundcover. Perform minor equipment & truck maintenance.
(Landscape Crew Member) Job duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to – Assist daily preparation of trucks and equipment. Operating dump trucks (non CDL) with trailers. Operating machines such as Bobcat skid steers and mini excavators. Ability to lift 50+ lbs. on a regular basis and perform other physically demanding tasks Perform spring operations: debris & leaf removal, bed edging and mulch installation. Planting of trees, shrubs and perennial flowers. Planting bed and lawn preparations by hand or using equipment. Provide labor associated with installation of paver patios, walkways and retaining walls. Installation of exterior drainage solutions. Perform minor equipment & truck maintenance.
All crew members should be team oriented with a positive attitude. Good with following instructions and communicating effectively. Keep jobsites, trucks, machines, and work trailers tidy and orderly for efficient use and professional appearance. Taking pride in work performance and a desire to help the company grow.
