You will need to apply some basic plumbing, electrical, lawncare, and maintenance know-how to a variety of situations. Job responsibilities will vary, but may include:
unclogging drains, painting, installing and/or repairing fixtures, appliances, toilets/bathtubs, flooring, screen repair, pipe repair, water heater repair/installation, interacting graciously with tenants, cleaning, systems maintenance, taking phone calls, concrete repair, preventative maintenance, testing smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and replacing batteries, landscaping, coordinating with inspectors and contractors, etc.
Housing may be provided and/or discounted depending on terms of contract. Options for compensation include housing, transportation, and/or hourly/salary; contract negotiable.
