We are seeking dedicated caregivers with their own transportation to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate and personalized care to clients in their homes
Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation
Administer medication reminders and assist with light housekeeping tasks
Engage in meaningful conversations and activities to enhance the well-being of clients
Accompany clients on outings, appointments, and social activities
Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in client's condition to the supervisor
Requirements:
Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory
Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic
Possess a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle for transportation
Ability to provide compassionate care with empathy and respect
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Pass PA background check and TB screening
Flexibility to work every other weekend and holiday
