Overview:As a Sales Representative with this fast growing manufacturing company you will have the opportunity to be the face of their sales division working directly with clients and numerous departments. You will work directly with the design team to figure out exactly what each client is looking for an work through it step by step to not only generate profit for this company, but also leave the client satisfied! Description:
Interact with customers and prospects in a friendly and professional manner to:
Capture contact and project information for incoming inquiries
Contact prospects when additional details are needed
Present quote requests to Design Team
Pre-quote inquiry worksheet, CRM log
Pricing from cost estimation and market analysis
Quote Entry maintenance
Quote letters all engineered products
Post-quote follow-up, CRM log
Provide sales/quote figures for weekly staff meeting
Provide training to Sales Assistant as needed, monitor progress and review for accuracy
Backup for Production Planner/Buyer, Order Entry, Acknowledgements Design
BOM/Revision, creation, maintenance configured design
Cost estimating spreadsheet, use and update
Prioritize, sort design backlog Marketing
Monitor customer contact list for updates and maintenance
Monitor ASB Costs updates on Website and internal spreadsheets
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Ability to manage multiple concurrent jobs and quotes, and have experience with CRM systems.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent organizational skills, multi-tasking, attention to details
Professional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to read and write English
Experience in the sales field and/or customer service
Proficient with Microsoft applications
