You will make a difference in our patient's lives by providing safe patient care, in a emergency visit setting, deliver individualized nursing care plans to ensure our patients have an optimal care experience while working as part of an interdisciplinary team, supporting both patients and their families. Coverage area: York, PA
Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 8:00am to 8:00pm - 36 hours/week.Our comprehensive benefits include:

Graduate of an accredited nursing school with current licensure to practice in state of operation
1 year nursing experience required, 3+ years preferred
Experience in hospice or a similar setting preferred
Knowledge of the hospice philosophy of care
