DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Nature & Scope:
Responsible for preparing parts to be painted, inspecting parts after painting and labeling parts for movement into following area, while meeting consistent quality standards.Specific Job Responsibilities & Duties: include the following; other duties may be assigned.
Prepare metal for pre-treatment, inspecting and racking
Hang metal on conveyor for painting
Remove metal from conveyor, inspect, verify count rack, and tag product
Assist painter as required, loading powder, cleaning booth
Pre-treat (chemical pre-wash) metal for painting
Uses required personal protective equipment
Assists department with other production needs as requiredQualifications:
Experience
High School Diploma/GED required.
