Reporting to our Production Supervisors, you will be a key part in making our high-performance upcycled rubber products.Shift: 1st Shift (Monday through Friday) with occasional overtime on Saturdays

Reroller Operator operating a machine that winds and cuts rolls of flooring
Demolder operating overhead cranes to remove flooring material from large molds
Roto Grinder operating a machine that grinds tires into small crumbs
Peeler Operator operating a machine that peels off layers of flooring from the molded flooring material
Die Cutter operating a machine that cuts shapes out of flooringCore Contributions:

You will start each shift with a team huddle and stretching.
Set-up your machine at the start of each shift.
Work with the materials and machines, following standard procedures.
Take manual measurements to ensure high quality.
Participate in regular training and cross-train others.Essential Experiences:
High school diploma, GED, or 4+ years of experience
Must be able to lift 50-70 lbs. depending on your area
