Reporting to our Production Supervisors, you will be a key part in making our high-performance upcycled rubber products.Shift: 2nd Shift (Monday through Friday) with occasional overtime on Saturdays
Hours: 2:45 PM - 11:00 PMShift: 3rd Shift (Sunday through Thursday) with occasional overtime
Hours: 10:45 PM - 7:00 AMPay Range: s tarting at $18.50/hour and up, based on experience

Peeler Operator operating a machine that peels off layers of flooring from the molded flooring material
Die Cutter operating a machine that cuts shapes out of flooring
Core Contributions:
Prioritize your personal safety and the safety of your teammates. You are empowered to act and stop work if you see something unsafe.
You will start each shift with a team huddle and stretching.
Set-up your machine at the start of each shift.
Work with the materials and machines, following standard procedures.
Take manual measurements to ensure high quality.
Participate in regular training and cross-train others.Essential Experiences:
High school diploma, GED, or 4+ years of experience
Must be able to lift 50-70 lbs. depending on your area
