Our company, with about 45 employees across all shifts, is currently seeking a 3rd shift production associate/machine operator to operate our automated machinery and perform other miscellaneous tasks within the facility. Candidates will receive training on how to set up and monitor machinery operations. The primary focus will be on running the printing/rewind machine, with opportunities for cross-training over time.Responsibilities
Operate automated machinery efficiently.
Set up and monitor machine operations.
Load designated raw products into machines for production.
Perform miscellaneous tasks throughout the facility.
Emphasize operation of the printing/rewind machine.
Be open to cross-training on various machines.
Essential Skills
Basic mechanical aptitude.
Experience in machine operation.
Ability to use hand tools, calipers, CNC machine
Proficiency in inspection and assembly tasks.
Familiarity with blueprints and tape measures.
Experience with CNC operations and calipers.
Troubleshooting skills.
