- Work with Out-of-the-box and/or develop custom solutions within MS Dynamics CRM.
- Java and/or C# coding to support changes, as well as develop new solutions
- Develop dashboards, views, and charts
- Support integration of D365 with other systems
- Troubleshoot issues.
- Serve as Project Manager when project teams are required.
- 2+ years MS Dynamics 365 Cloud Platform support, and back-end maintenance.
- Power Apps / Power Automate experience creating workflows for CRM.
- Strong ability to gather detailed requirements.
- Ability to manage projects/teams and deliver solutions with little supervision.
