Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative I in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania. The primary function of this role is to interact with customers, provide information in response to inquiries about products and services, and handle and resolve complaints. This role encompasses both inbound and outbound customer service tasks. Responsibilities: Address and resolve customer service or billing complaints by executing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills. Engage with customers to answer inquiries and notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments. Redirect unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, noting details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken. Utilize verbal and written communication skills to provide excellent customer service and foster interpersonal relationships. Work independently and manage one's time effectively. Accurately document and record customer/client information. Leverage experience with computer applications such as Microsoft Outlook and data entry software. Apply skills in customer service, data entry, billing, merchandising, claim administration, adjustments, handling complaints, interpersonal communication, and resolving customer complaints.
