Description Robert Half is seeking a permanent Accounts Payable (A/P) Coordinator to become an essential part of a company's growing team. The Accounts Payable Coordinator will manage invoices, resolve A/P issues, update and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L, and process checks and expense reports. The job site for the permanent Accounts Payable Clerk is in the Wyomissing, Pennsylvania area.The responsibilities will include
Perform full-cycle A/P including research of invoices and payments
Perform monthly reconciliations
Update vendor records including W-9 forms
Process expense reports
Perform special projects as assigned
Requirements
Experience with Microsoft Excel, ERP and automated A/P systems
Strong analytical skills
3+ years of experience in an A/P role preferred
Associate's degree in accounting, Business or similar preferred
