Job Title: HVAC InstallerPay Rate: $25-$30/Hr.Job DescriptionWe are seeking experienced Commercial HVAC/Duct Installers to join our team for new construction projects in Lancaster, Lebanon, Dauphin, and York counties. This is a contract-to-hire position with opportunities for growth and development within the company. You will work closely with a dedicated team on various projects ranging from large commercial duct installations to unit installs.Responsibilities
Install commercial HVAC systems and ductwork in new construction projects.
Work collaboratively with team members to complete installations efficiently.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues related to HVAC systems.
Ensure all work meets industry standards and safety regulations.
Lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
Adapt to working in various weather conditions, both indoor and outdoor.
Essential Skills
5+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience.
Proficient in construction, general labor, and mechanical troubleshooting.
Experience with ductwork, sheet metal, and refrigeration.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in both commercial and residential mechanical installations is a plus.
Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
