This position is for general maintenance of foreclosed homes and properties for the bank. Basic duties include (but are not limited to): lock changes, plumbing inspections, lawn maintenance, cleaning, trash outs, basic trimming of trees and shrubs and snow removal. Must have handyman and maintenance experience.
Location: Millville, Pennsylvania
Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Days: Monday through Friday
Pay: 16-22 an hour depending on what experience you have.
MUST have a clean driving record for the past 5 years.
MUST be able to pass a criminal background check.
REQUIREMENTS
Self-reliant
Must be able to follow instructions
MUST be able to use a smartphone
2 years general maintenance, basic carpentry, basic electrical work and basic plumbing is a plus
Must be ok with working on roofs
Must have handyman and maintenance experience
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
