Part Time On Call Caretaker/Transportation Aide

I am in need of a part time on call caretaker 7 days a week. I do not need any assistance at my house but I am in need of someone to drive me to stores, doctor's appointments, etc, and to push me in my wheelchair during the duration of my visits, then just drop me off at home. I don't actually require any help otherwise. I would need someone willing to be available to me 7 days a week from the early hours of the morning (6 or 7 am) until about 6pm. Some days I will not need to go anywhere, and other days I will need to go one or more places. I will pay you every day that you assist me $15/hr to start. Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle and be able to lift 100 lbs in the rare event that I would need assistance in and out of the vehicle.
