Nesco Resource is partnering with a local client here in Williamsport, PA for a Bi-Lingual Customer Service Representative!Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls
Keep records maintained and up to date
Providing accurate balancing of client revenues.
Communicating any issues that arise to the appropriate account leader
Going through daily web transactions
Responding to emails promptly
Follow all security guidelines
Qualifications:
Atleast 1 year experience in a call center environment
Good data entry skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
Great communication skills
Fluent in Spanish & English language
Hours: Monday through Friday 9am-5:30pm No Weekends
