Develops and implements an individualized plan to assist individuals with disabilities to prepare for, obtain, and retain employment in the community. Provides services in support of the IEP goal including assisting individuals develop appropriate career goals, complete resumes and job applications, develop job interviewing skills, disclose disability, and request job accommodations. Bachelors Degree; or Associate Degree and two years of relevant experience; or, a combination of education and experience to enable the individual to meet the standards and expectations of the position. Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle. Ability to work beyond normal schedule as needed. Must complete and successfully pass State background check, Child Abuse Clearance and FBI Clearance.
