Partner Integration Architect

Description We are looking for an ERP Integration Manager to join our team in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania. This role will involve working with both internal and external stakeholders to develop solutions that allow for seamless integration with our partners' systems. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, including experience with .NET, RESTful APIs, web and cloud-based technologies, and Agile methodologies. Responsibilities: Define technical solutions for partner integrations, ensuring effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Drive initial discussions and technical briefings to establish new partner relationships. Identify opportunities to improve the partner experience and onboarding processes, and implement these improvements. Work with cross-departmental business and technology stakeholders to gain consensus on the design of technical solutions. Coordinate with developers, QA teams, and senior business stakeholders to drive the implementation of approved designs. Maintain the product backlog for partner efforts, ensuring it is current and accurate. Keep internal and external stakeholders informed about the status of planned and in-progress backlog efforts. Collaborate with the partner team and technical education team to maintain existing and create new learning materials for our external partners. Take the lead in troubleshooting issues that occur with our partner integrations, and work towards quick and effective resolutions. Leverage skills in Cisco Technologies, Cloud Technologies, CRM, Database, EO/IR systems, AB Testing, Agile Scrum, Business Process Functions, Configuration Management, Consulting, and .NET. Requirements Proven experience managing ERP integration projects In-depth knowledge of Cisco Technologies Expertise in Cloud Technologies Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Familiarity with Database management and EO/IR systems Experience with AB Testing and Agile Scrum methodologies Understanding of Business Process Functions Ability to manage Configuration Management tasks Prior experience in Consulting roles is beneficial Proficiency in .NET programming language Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
