Temporary Assignment - Wexford, PA - Monday - Friday - 8:00AM-5:00PMResponsible for directing and collaborating with a team of PAE's, PAM's, SAE's and IAM's charged with servicing, selling and cultivation of new Endocrinology accounts and growing the revenue in these accounts through business development activities. Develops and executes the strategies, processes, and plans to enhance the customer experience through customer focus, responsive problem solving, relationship building and best practice implementation creating a differentiated service related to our endocrinology full test portfolio.Develop strategies and plans to provide expert client service and problem solving related to Quest's Endocrinology platform, with a primary focus on Endocrinologists.

Partner with other Commercial partners to enhance customer focus, standardize processes, leverage best practices and create One Quest Way.

Advise commercial counterparts and provide training, goal-setting, coaching, performance management and development.

Develop plans and pipelines to grow the business in the endocrinology call point; set targets for each region and be held accountable for growth of account base through revenue/Req achievement of goals. Responsible for managing the pipeline and monthly reports for full test platform.

Personally accountable for achievement of revenue targets, client retention, operating margin, employee engagement, SFDC utilization and retention.

Collaborate with regional sales leaders and operations to align on goals, execute the strategy and achieve targeted results.

Develop relationships with influential decision-makers at client sites to understand their needs, and work with the team to develop and present winning value propositions, that is focused on moving complete account to Quest, along with finding key up sell opportunity in existing Quest Endocrine accounts.

Collaborate with the service delivery team to ensure clients receive highest level of service; advocate for process improvements and standard processes.

Engage with other sales leaders, marketing and operations in developing market plans and value propositions for existing customers and defined targeted hospitals. Support financial review/approval process for hospital deals.

Provide input to regional marketing efforts by remaining aware of market and customer dynamics.

Collaborate with POL Leaders, who have high throughput business that we could potentially capitalize on.QUALIFICATIONS

Required Work Experience:

Five (5) years of successful healthcare sales experience with Endocrinology, Cardiology and or similar highly preferred.

Key knowledge based around Endocrinology, high level proficiency

Experience in laboratory business highly preferred

Track record of achieving sales results and successfully leading teams

Ability to travel across geographical region including by air

Deep Clinical Selling Experience

Ability to work cross functionally with Marketing, Medical and Franchise
