Adjust machine parts as needed to ensure proper speed, pressure, temperature for quality production.
Monitor and control machines on a daily basis to maintain daily and weekly production schedule.
Complete quality checks and paperwork every day to maintain production and industry regulations and company standards.
Look over all work orders and instructions to see which materials are needed to complete orders to full customer satisfaction.
Understand shop orders, quantities, substrates, and patterns.
Pattern Changes (Order of cylinders)
Setting up the press
Oil and clean the presses and make minor repairs.
Collect print samples and inspect them during print runs to determine if any adjustments need to be made and make adjustments as needed.
Shifts Available:
Weekend Shift: Fri/Sat/Sun 12 Hour shift. (5Am-5Pm)
Train on 1st, but could train on 2nd depending on training capacity
