Our client, one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the U.S., is looking for a Contracts Administrator - III (Senior) which has two locations and Hybrid work arrangement in Rahway, NJ or West Point, PA .Job Title: Contracts Administrator - III (Senior)Location: Hybrid work arrangement in Rahway, NJ or West Point, PAPay range: $50 - $54 per HRQualifications:

Ideal candidate will have 3-4 yrs contract exp.

Comfortable in an assertive, entrepreneurial environnement.

Ability to work effectively in a team atmosphere.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Highly responsible, self-motivated, proactive, precise and detail- oriented.

Capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently.

Experience with other PMB jobs/roles a plus.

Candidate will be dedicated to just acquisition work- will either file away acquisitions- will work with sourcing team, must be able to navigate a contract, create a PO (Ariba) must have financial acumen

Education: Bachelor's Degree required.Top 3 skills:

Prior contract management experience.

worked previously in a Procurement function

Must have Ariba Experience.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include supporting all contract management activities associated with supporting key our client's integrations.

Specific tasks include inventorying and archiving contracts, budget reconciliation on SoWs and creation of new Purchase Orders for new/ongoing work being performed as a result of the integration.

Familiarity with the vendors associated with R&D preferable.
