Employee Responsibilities:Maintain mammalian cell linesPrepare reagents and buffersRun/Troubleshoot Cell Based assays independently including ELISA, TR-FRET, fluorescent, etc.Utilize automation systems such as Biomek, Bravo, and more, helping to automate systems and processes to optimize workflowCollaboration of assay validationUtilize ELN for GMP documentation and data analysisPerform Second Person Review of notebooksLearn compound management with a secondary focus on assay execution utilizing either mechanized or automated instrumentation
