Essential Functions
Define and drive the overall cloud strategy, aligning with the organization's business objectives.
Establish cloud policies, governance frameworks, and best practices to optimize cost, security, and performance across all cloud environments.
Oversee the design, implementation, and management of cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and reliability.
Lead incident management, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning in the cloud environment.
Continuously improve monitoring, alerting, and automation processes to ensure smooth day-to-day cloud operations.
Lead and mentor a team of cloud engineers, administrators, and operations staff, fostering a high-performance, collaborative environment.
Implement cost-control measures, track cloud consumption, and ensure optimal use of cloud resources.
Lead initiatives for vulnerability management, risk assessments, and incident response in the cloud environment.
Collaborate with security and compliance teams to stay ahead of evolving regulations and industry standards.
Drive continuous improvement through automation, containerization (e.g., Kubernetes), Infrastructure as code (IaC) and DevOps practices.
Customer-service oriented; responsive and respectful to colleagues, clients, patients, and providers.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in cloud operations, IT infrastructure, or systems administration, with at least 4 years in a leadership or management role.
Extensive experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft zure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and/or hybrid cloud environments; preferably in Microsoft Azure.
Strong understanding of cloud architecture, networking, storage, and compute services.
Expertise in cloud automation tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).
Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).
Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with cloud security frameworks, monitoring, and incident response tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing DevOps teams including onshore/offshore.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
