Description Robert Half is currently working with a client seeking a Loan Processor Support Specialist. The Loan Processor will act as a liaison between front-facing loan officers and the underwriters who research and approve loans. The Loan Processor will be responsible to make sure that loan applications are free of mistakes, double-check lending guidelines and gather all essential documents related to each loan. If you are a detail-oriented loan processing professional, this is the position for you!Your responsibilities in this role
Ensuring the processing system is current
Attending to loan applications
Coordinating funding with settlement agents and clients
Keep clients informed on their loans in process
Send regulatory and/or loan disclosures to company's clients
Explaining loan and disclosure terms to clients
Ensure all loan conditions are met before a loan is funded Requirements - Experience with mortgage loan software programs required
Must have a customer service mindset and interpersonal skills
Strong time management and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work proactively, independently and reliably under tight time-frames in a fast-paced environment
